Silicone Facade Systems

Homepage

Structural silicone façade is the most preferred aluminum curtain facade system in the world thanks to its modern and contemporary appearance.

It is designed to withstand adverse conditions such as earthquake, building settlement, wind and storm. Transom profiles are not fixed to the mullion profiles by screws and are transported to the male and female carriers. Thus, since the panel can move during an expansion or earthquake, there is no contraction and the risk of glass breakage is minimized. TIJ profiles, which are mulyon, transom, panel and glass carrier, are all capable of flexing. The glasses are not adhered directly to the panel profile, but to the anodized type profile with the channel in the panel.

Thus, at the time of expansion, the glass is not fixed to the panel profile and can stretch, thus eliminating the risk of breaking and cracking. Static painted facade profiles require anodized surface for bonding. Since this TIJ profile is independent, its surface is coated with anodizing. This detail makes the system more reliable.
